Delay Opening Microsoft Office Excel and Word

What we noticed after setting all the performance optimizations for Microsoft Office is that users who used Excel frequently would generate a significant amount of recent file history. We set a GPO to limit the amount of Recent Items and after that was configured, Excel and all other Microsoft Office Programs started up quickly.
